Shawn's experience as a professional trainer, duck hunter, breeder, and dog owner, plays a large role in selecting breeding pairs. As a breeder, he carefully selects breeding pairs with the goal of producing genetically sound puppies that are well-rounded, with a balance of drive, intelligence, and good temperament. 

 

Each of our puppies is born and raised as an important part of our family. Each puppy is handled, loved, and cared for on a daily basis. They are well socialized, with an introduction to lots of people, birds, gunfire, and water (weather permitting). All of our puppies have their first shots, are dewormed, and come with a written health guarantee and registration application.

When selecting a puppy, the goal is to find that perfect fit between owner(s) and puppy. We continually observe our puppies and monitor their personalities, drive, and responses, in an effort to place each puppy with a compatible owner(s). Our puppies are bred to be active, healthy and intelligent companions. Therefore, they need homes that can provide ample space for running and playing, and maximum interaction time with their new family.
